These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services, website, text message programs, and content provided by The Signal and its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, partners, and connected entities (collectively, “The Signal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). 3. No Guarantee of Results

The Signal does not guarantee any results, winnings, or outcomes. Past performance does not indicate or guarantee future results. Sports betting involves inherent risk and you may lose money. All picks and predictions represent opinions only and should not be relied upon as financial or investment advice.

4. SMS/Text Message Program

4.1 Opt-In & Consent

By texting “Send info” to our designated number, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS/MMS messages from The Signal Picks. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

4.2 Message Frequency & Costs

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. We are not responsible for any fees charged by your wireless carrier.

4.3 Opt-Out

Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation message. Opting out of text messages does not cancel any paid subscription.

5. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

7. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the time-sensitive and immediately consumable nature of sports picks, no refunds are issued once picks have been delivered. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Promotional pricing is subject to specific terms and conditions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 9. Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Signal and all of its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, partners, connected entities, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.

11. No Affiliation

The Signal is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any professional or amateur sports league, team, organization, or governing body, including but not limited to the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, NCAA, or any sportsbook. All team names, logos, and references are used for informational identification purposes only.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Baltimore, Maryland, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
